One Piece Dielectric Welding Kentain dielectric welding results in a perfect seam. One that does not separate nor crack due to thermal expansion and contraction or environmental stress. The high frequency electronic welding process is similar to that of microwave heating. The two pieces of material are overlapped as they are put into the welder. The layers are compressed, liquefied and then cooled in a matter of seconds creating a homogenous (single piece) weld. The result is a seam that is actually stronger then the original material.
